1. START THE CONVERSATION

3. GET TO WORK

A normal work day is 8:30am-4:30pm depending on commute and the size of the team.  Sometimes extra people are scheduled to finish sooner. Sometimes people call out and we  might have to work later. Teams can range from 2-10 people depending on size and scope of the project, as well as the customers level of urgency to complete. Everyone on-site will know about the scope and goals of the project. Team members will discuss the job with the customer when things are questionable.
